How to Become a Member


Any agency, business or individual who recognizes the worth and necessity of further education pursuant to the stated mission and is committed to participating in the activities of the Association can become a member of the St. Albert & District Further Education Association.

Our membership includes small businesses, non-profit organizations, school boards, the City of St. Albert and individual citizens. Together we are working to make St. Albert & District a better place to call home!

Eligibility

Eligibility is based on the following criteria:

  1. provides educational opportunities to the public in St. Albert and District;
  2. service oriented.

Categories

There are two categories of membership:

Active Member

Member Responsibilities

  • Payment of annual membership fee
  • Meet all advertising deadlines
  • Keep advertising accounts paid and up-to-date
  • Participation in St. Albert & District Further Education Association through ONE OR MORE of the following:
    • Attendance at AGM (Annual General Meeting)
    • Attendance at General Meetings if/when called
    • Serve on a committee and/or volunteer when volunteer opportunity in the Association is available (Name an official representative to the Association; and designate an alternate when required)

Associate Member

Member Responsibilities

  • Payment of annual membership fee
  • Meet all advertising deadlines
  • Keep advertising accounts paid and up-to-date
