Everybody knows that insecure people struggle. So how do we instill self-confidence in our girls? How do we protect our daughters from feeling bad about themselves? How do we teach our daughters they have what it takes? These big questions are answerable. This course will touch on research. However, the focus is on practical parenting applications designed to grow self-confident young women. Engaging parents with thought provoking ideas and ready to use tools, parents will know it is possible for girls to be tender and tough.

Note : One of the six sessions will be designed for parents and daughters to attend together. This course is for parents with daughters ages 7-13
