This course will introduce the participants to project management fundamentals, explaining what a project is and how it is different from operations. The participants would also be introduced to the various stages of a project according to the Project Management Book of Knowledge. Participants will, at the end of the course, be able to apply tools and techniques of project management to their work. It would also enable participants to determine and work towards project management as a career. The course would have participants start their own project from start to finish.

Online learning gives you the flexibility to learn a new skill where ever you are. Our online classes are instructor led and will be delivered on Moodle. After you register, you will receive access to our learning Moodle and also a link to the online classroom from your instructor.  With this you will be able to participate in a classroom setting, access many learning activities and homework and interact with your instructor at your designated class time.  Chrome or Firefox work best with our online classes.
